Delivery
We deliver Tongkat Ali to London, Birmingham, Manchester and any other major cities in the United Kingdom via our local UK fulfilment partners to ensure your order reaches you promptly and in excellent condition within 1 to 3 working days.
However, due to a sudden surge in demand and other circumstances that are our of our control, we may will continue ship directly to the United Kingdom via DHL Express - this will take 3+ working days on average. We are aware that UK customs clearance turnaround time which may extend the actual delivery time to betwewen 3 to 5 working days.
International orders from our Global HQ are processed and shipped Monday to Friday. Orders made on Staurday or Sunday will be shipped the follwing Monday, barring any national public holidays.

Delivery Issues
- Delayed or Lost Packages: If your package is delayed or lost, please contact our customer service team at enquiry@akarali.co.uk or alex@akarali.com for assistance.
- Incorrect Address: Ensure your delivery address is correct when placing your order. We are not responsible for packages delivered to incorrect addresses provided by customers.
Packaging issues
- Damaged Items: If your order arrives damaged (bottle / cap cracked , capsules missing, capsules oxidised) - please contact us within 7 days of receipt with photos of the damage for a replacement or refund.

Seal Open / Missing: If your bottle is opened and there is no seal attached to the opening, check the top of scew cap. It may also become unstuck during opening. Due to the fact that bottles are screwed on very tightly upon production (automated) finalisation, the seal itself may come unstuck with the cap during opening. This does not mean the product is compromised - it is designed in such a way as to keep fresh even without a seal (such as during normal day-to-day use, as long as the cap is screwed back on after opening) all the way up to the Best Before date (2 years).
- Box Open / Suspected Tampering: In the rare case that the box itself containing the bottle has been opened and the seal suspected to be purposely removed - in our experince, it is most likely due to randomised inspections by customs of the product to verify and ensure what it claims to be is what it is (this has happened before). Generally no issues with consumption as the seal was only opened for a short time during inspection. Note: products are bottled and boxed at the production site - we do not handle boxing or bottling ourselves, the products come to us bulk and as is
